Rules of procedure

Rules of procedure

For everyone's comfort and well-being, the following rules of behaviour apply when staying in Stöten.

  • Be considerate of other guests. Remember that many people want to rest before the next ski day. Loud noise from radio, TV, stereo or other noise, especially at night, as well as vandalism or damage, will result in a maximum of one warning and then immediate eviction. Night rest must be observed in Stöten between 22:00 and 07:00, and in the rest of the area between 23:00 and 07:00.
  • Access to slopes and lifts is only permitted during the lift's opening hours. Outside opening hours, the slopes and lifts are to be regarded as a workplace and unauthorised persons may not enter.
  • If you want to go sledging, this is only allowed in the Pulkis sledging hill.
  • Alcoholic drinks or drugs are not allowed in public places.
  • Individual firecrackers, fireworks, or similar are prohibited within the facility.
  • Do not wear ski boots indoors in cabins/apartments/rooms and use the ski lockers for storing equipment.
  • Take responsibility for the environment, dispose of rubbish and bottles in designated containers.
  • We refer all charging to the designated charging stations at Stötentorget. It is not permitted to connect an electric car directly to the accommodation's electrical socket or engine heater.

No smoking and no pets

If there is a ban on smoking and/or pets in the accommodation, this must be respected. If the no-smoking or no-pets policy is not respected indoors, you will be charged.

None of our accommodation is allergy-sanitised.
