Check in

Three days before your arrival, you will receive an email with information on how to check in. It will state whether you are checking in with a key, code lock or app. All Stöten accommodation has check-in from 16:00. When your accommodation is ready for check-in, you will receive a text message.

Do you check in with a key?

Between 13:00 and 16:00, keys can be collected from reception.
Between 16:00 and 20:00, keys are collected from the arrival boxes outside reception. You will find the box number in the text message.
After 20:00, the key is collected in our night box outside the reception. You will receive the code for the box in your arrival text message.

Do you check in with a code lock?

Check in via the link in your arrival text message.
Once you have checked in, you will receive the code in a new text message.

Checking in with an app?

Enter the the Stöten app in Sälen.
Follow the instructions you received in your welcome email.

Check-out time

If you have booked departure cleaning, check-out time is 10:00
If you clean yourself, the check-out time is 11:00
Do you live in Stöten Ski Hotel the check-out time is 12:00

How to check out

If you have picked up keys or code cards at check-in, you check out by returning them to our check-out box next to the reception.
If you have checked in via a link, you can easily check out in the same way. You will receive a check-out SMS on the morning of your scheduled departure.
If you have checked in via our app, you can easily check out in the same way. See instructions in your departure email.
