Accommodation open in summer

Stöten and Sälen are open from Monday 23 June to Friday 15 August. Our popular accommodation Pistol Village, Varglyan's Lyor and Stöten Ranch are open in the summer and are available to rent for anything from single nights to longer stays.

Here you will live in close proximity to the beautiful countryside and all the attractions of Sälen.

Reception opening hours during summer

Our reception at Stötentorget in Sälen is open between 23 June and 15 August.

Here you can check in and out, buy a refreshing ice cream or something nice from our Stöten range. And if you want to discover the mountain on foot, we're happy to share our top tips for summer adventures for the whole family!

Tips for excursions

With Stöten as your starting point, you're just a scenic drive from famous sights and destinations. Some of our top tips for excursions are Olnispa farm (Transtrand, 3.8 miles away), Sixten Jernberg Museum (Lima, 6.8 miles away) and the magnificent Njupeskär Waterfall (Fulufjället National Park in Särna, 8 miles away) - which is actually Sweden's highest waterfall and definitely worth a visit!
