Bright and fresh images show your property at its best and definitely increase the chances of high occupancy.
Stöten's marketing department therefore offers professional photography to everyone who rents out their accommodation through us, where we style the cottage/apartment. We make the beds, set the table in the kitchen, light the fire and generally make things look nice.
Keep in mind that the accommodation must be clean and tidy before the photo shoot. A room with a lot of stuff can look messy and give the impression of being smaller than it is.
Make table and counter tops as empty as possible. Put away personal items and don't have any festive decorations on display, such as Santa Clauses and Easter decorations.
Exterior photos will be taken during winter time when the snow is in place. When ordering photo packages, old images will be removed from the website and replaced with the new ones.
Note. Images may only be used commercially for hire with Stöten i Sälen AB.

Small - 8 pictures
The package includes eight images, including one exterior image.
Price: SEK 1 500 including VAT.
Large - 12 images
The package includes twelve images, including one exterior image.
Price: SEK 2 000 including VAT.
